Hmm.. that's strange. If you're using a mobile device and you have a third party app-cleaner, it may be what's causing the issue. When you download a video, it saves it on your device as app data and not an actual video file so the app-cleaner may see it as a junk file and clean it. Also, make sure you are logged in to the correct email address with the UKposts Premium subscription. There is confusion on whether or not the yearly plan includes the trial or not. On Chat, the agent said that yes, you get the 2-month free trial and after that, your subscription starts. So a total of 14 months. He "confirmed" that. HOWEVER, on the UKposts pages where you can choose the plan, for the "monthly" it does say 2-months free trial. BUT, for the yearly plan, it does NOT say that. So here's the issue. There's a conflict of information there and if the yearly doesn't have the 2-month free trial, then you are paying for the full 12 months and NOT SAVING 15%, which works out to 2 months! In other words, paying monthly with the 2 free months works out financially the same as the yearly. NO SAVINGS! NO DIFFERENCE!

Please, I hope you can answer me. Membership is to watch a live concert tomorrow night. I paid yesterday and no news came to me.
