First story. After the first time, i would have called the cops. Tear down the bushes? Call the cops, take her to court. Remove No Trespassing signs, call the cops. Every time you find her in the yard, call the cops, trespassing Waited ALMOST too long BUILD A PRIVICY FENCE!!!

This first off, put up a privacy fence with a lock and any time there are trespassers turn on the sprinklers until they leave.

1st story: I would have done differently--I would put up a big fence, have signs made: "no trespassing", & have recordings of large dogs barking. That would scare anyone. Maybe "karen" would take the hint!😊

First story: BS. After the first incident call the cops and have the neighbor trespassed. Then get a restraining order. Call law enforcement. Then sue. There would be no repeated events. The first time a warning. Second time police with possible ticket. After that serious trouble.
