I live in Japan and they just added Supernatural to Netflix here. Been slowly going through it. Great show which is evidence by the numbers of seasons. Sometimes you can tell the writers are really stretching to figure out what they could do next and it seems like they were open to anything.

The fact that she's a Marvel star and yet took the time to study at a college to further her education, interests, her mindset and wants to learn new things and keep growing and learning is quite inspirational. Her taking classes at UCLA makes me love her even more, we really got the Cassie on-screen and in real life that we all wanted and deserved!

I think she’s fantastic, but no matter where else I see her, (and I’ve seen her in tons of stuff), she’ll always be Claire Novak first and foremost. Maybe her foray into the MCU will supersede that, but given that 10 episodes of The Society didn’t shift the link, I’m doubtful.

Oh my God I’ve had a crush on Kathryn since I was a kid back when Paranormal Activity 4 came out and I saw her in the trailer and was smitten. Now she’s been building her career as an actress and it’s wonderful to see. She’s a year older (1995) than I am (1996) so we’re both kids of the 90s and 2000s.

I have an amazing story. One time I was driving home and I felt the presence of the Lord, come down to me from above. I started getting chills and I felt so comfortable with Him. I knew if I asked Him to play a song on the radio, He would. So I said "Ok Lord, play Come as you are..." I didn't know what station it was on or anything, but I turned the radio on and the song started playing right on the spot, perfectly... I started getting flooded with chills inside, and started crying. When I got home, He stayed with me for 10 minutes till I got out of the car. I've been getting answered prayers for around 5 years since, because that visitation eliminated doubt and I follow Biblical instructions as best as I can.

Does anyone know why they changed the actress? I saw someone say that they wanted someone more well known but I really don’t think that’s true because the mcu has hired unknown actors for even bigger roles than this. I also doubt it has anything to do with age because Kathryn is only a few years older than the original actress. There’s something fishy about it, especially because the original actress apparently didn’t know she was getting replaced… (no hate to Kathryn tho, I think she’s great and I’m excited for her!)

I've kind of been done with marvel movies since endgame but unless i'm mistaken, i feel like it's not that big of a change considering ant man's teenage daughter was played by that other actress for what seemed like 1 or 2 scenes at most that they showed in endgame so changing the actress that played her who i don't even remember wouldn't be that much of an issue in my eyes

@Yurp Auroh I get where you're coming from, but the original actress from Endgame was hired for a single film and got paid to do it. She didn't sign on to a big franchise and then suddenly got replaced and they had to buy out her contract or something. She got to be in one film and the director wanted to hire someone new. I think the first actress did a great job with the few lines she had, but she had a fairly small role and the director wanted someone who could help carry a full movie and that's that.
