The first no call was questionable but I don’t think anyone is calling that without a review especially with Kawhi’s reputation as a defender. The 2nd no call was clean. PG jumped before Oubre, so Oubre had time to change directions, arms were straight up and never came down, Oubre initiated contact.

Oubre fouls Kawhi by jumping into his cylinder. Imagine a cylinder extending above and below a player. Each player has that space to themselves. If another person jumps into your space like that, it's a foul. When Oubre goes for the layup, Kawhi goes for the ball, makes a play on the ball, his arm and Oubre's arm make contact, but the refs deem it to not be a foul. It's close. Then Oubre goes for a shot and Paul George goes straight up. That's not a foul.

The last defense by Paul George was smart as hell. He jumped before the offender came through, so no fault. And smart Kawhi came in at the right time to follow up blocked it. The first foul from Kawhi was so minimal, usually he got super clean block.

1st was a foul Kelly jumped into Kawhi during his shot, it was a fairly soft foul tho. 2nd is debatable maybe some pushing with the arm on the way up and possibly a slight bump in the air late but also kinda looks like Kelly's own momentum drifted him that direction before contact was made. 3rd wasn't a foul PG was squared up and jumped backwards Kelly initiated the contact
