Today we are making a delicious kefir cake with green onions and eggs. The dough in this recipe is always loose and tender, and the pie itself is very tasty and flavorful 😊 Perfect kefir dough recipe.
Ingredients for the dough:
- Kefir - 400 g
- Wheat flour - 320 gr
- Refined sunflower oil - 50 ml
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the stuffing:
- Green onions - 120 gr (2 bundles)
- Hard boiled eggs - 5-6 pcs.
- Butter (melted) - 30 g.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Also:
- Refined sunflower oil - to grease the molds
- Butter - to grease the pie

We are preparing a pie with green onions and egg.
Prepare the filling.
Chop the green onions with a knife. Cut hard-boiled eggs into small cubes or grate them on a coarse grater.
Put sliced eggs and green onions in a bowl. Add melted butter. Then add salt and black pepper. Stir to mix.
Prepare dough.
Mix eggs with a whisk until smooth. Add oil and refined sunflower oil. Add salt and sugar. Mix with a whisk.
Sift flour and baking soda into the egg mixture in two steps. Each time stir thoroughly with a whisk.
Leave the dough for 20 minutes and do not stir any more.
Grease a mold (27x16 cm) with sunflower refined oil. Pour half of the dough into the mold, smooth it out. Spread the entire filling on the dough. Leave a little free space at the rim of the form. Pour the rest of the dough on top of the filling, smooth it out.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for 40 minutes.
Just sintered cake generously grease with butter.
