Shortly after obtaining a $2.6 million judgment against her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, last October, Kelly Clarkson is suing him once more.
According to the complaint, which was submitted in Los Angeles on Monday, Blackstock and his father Narvel Balckstock's management company, Starstruck Entertainment, violated the Talent Agencies Act and other labor laws in California by acting as a "unlicensed talent agency" and arranging business transactions for her starting in 2007.
