His daughter's so cute. And Ken feeding her snacks was hilarious. You can tell they pre-planned this (though not in front of Jimmy because he thought Ken was planning on doing a bit) and she did a great job acting through it. And Ken seems like a great dad. This was just awesome to watch

I met Ken and his family while I was working last year (I work at Disneyland) and he was one of the sweetest celebrities I have met. Him and his family were all very polite. This video was adorable!

Dear Jimmy please nex time compliment a little girl on how smart, talented and funny she is... not on her flowers and clothes because that actually has nothing to do with her, make her think that you actually liked her personality... I can assure you that would help her build confidence and its so much more important than if she is matching her head gear with her shirt or not :)

While I agree, she wore that outfit for a reason. She likes it and what kid doesn't like a compliment about their outfit. Trust in that she is already quite smart and talented, and probably got enough praise behind and after the scenes.
