The saddest thing about anxiety is that no one ever understands.

I really hate how Caitlin didn't give much attention to Kendall when they where riding the horses together but was rather facetiming kylie..like wtf?!!

It makes sense that Kendall hangs out with her friends more than her family. Seems that they pay more attention to her than her own family. It’s sad really.

I have been dealing anxiety since I was 11. It used to start in the beginning of the school year and I was just like scared because I was not quite getting what was happening and I could not eat but just cry in the first two weeks of school. Then my mom took me to a psychologist and I thought I learned what was going on and that I have anxiety in the recent years but in the first year of university it hit me hard. I swear I could not stop cry at least one day for 1,5 years and I feel like I am just started to feel normal again. It was not ending and I was too scared, became anti-social which is absurd because I am really social and outgoing. I had nightmares, was scared to fall asleep, even though I wanted to sleep I could not and I felt that I was in a loop or smth. I though after all those hardworking, I could finally have a nice year where I could meet people and study well. Life is actually what happens to you while you make plans. I swear I took 1,5 years and I still live with fear even though I am feel better now. People with anxiety will understand me that the hardest part of it is that you know that it will come back and stronger every time and you need to find a new way to deal with it because every time it comes in a different shape than you used to it. People do not understand. It is a fact. Even though they try to show some sensitiveness they do not. Even though my mom took me to a psychologist she never understood me I know that. There is no symptom such as faint, temperature etc as the direct effect of anxiety maybe indirectly you may have some physical symptoms during the anxiety attacks. The only people who would get you is the ones dealing with anxiety. I even though and sometimes think that am I bipolar? Am I schizophrenia? And the doctor says you have intense anxiety I do not believe. So I hope someone sees this message and can relate to theirselves. I would be happy to be the one who says omg it is not just me but other people have that. Cause I was not understanding what was going on with me when I was young.
