Kendall has changed nothing really her face is just skinnyer and that's it, idk how people compare pictures of Kendall now vs Then and say she has surgerys when all it is is just her face being skinnyer, a face can change alot. You can see McGregor's example he looks way different fighting at different weight divisions. But I guess people need excuses to make them more confident because they just can't compare to Kendall in any way shape or form, so it's better for them to believe it's fake and she has surgerys so they feel less ugly.

Turtle Power She obviously had lip injections, Botox lifted her eyebrows and she had eyelids lifted, that's why her eyes look so much bigger now- before , her eyes were a little droopier. She also had her nose done. And her jaw now also looks really different . Then had boobs and butt done too. If you look at her before and after photos, you can see the changes
