Yes, most all songs do use it somewhat, but previously her natural voice was completely obscured into an unnatural robot voice. Here you can hear what she actually sounds like, and she has natural talent.

A common misconception is that auto tune is used solely to mask an artist's inability to sing when the reality is that most of the time, it's used because it's a cool vocal effect. Whether it's a vapid party song or a ballad that calls for the vocals to be detached and robotic, it works. Of course, auto tune can be overused and used as a cheap gimmick (i.e. T-Pain), but the backlash eventually set in, so it's not used in abundance like it was in the late 2000s/early 2010s. The idea that Kesha was a bad singer strictly because she sang vapid party songs with excessive auto tune is ludicrous to me, because 1) All the vocal effects in the world can't mask bad singing. 2) Why would a record executive sign a pretty face who can't sing when they can just as easily find a pretty face who can sing? It just turns out that in modern mainstream pop music, you don't get many opportunities to really showcase your vocals which is why it's rather easy to sing Katy Perry songs at a karaoke bar. There are many beautiful songs that use auto tune as a vocal effect, like Cher's "Believe" or many of the tracks from Madonna's "Music" and "American Life" albums.
