Tip of the hat to the guys in the R44 and the use of the GoPro's as they bring such unique views. ZipZap on the causeway, the backdrops/backgrounds with better equipment and the ability to compress distances, well done, gotta be a top 10 vid. FPC ever makes it to LOTO for the Cig Rendevous would be happy to share my GoPro footage. 108 boats last year, they are expecting 20-25 more this year based on resistrator at PBC. #winterblows

Great video, thanks! Question regarding the Nor-Tech at 2:40, why diesel? Better fuel economy and more torque? Sounds like a very interesting concept for me.

Not sure, but I would think better fuel economy, diesel probably cost less than the higher octane gas. Also, maybe maintenance is less and and longer life compared to gas. But higher cost up front.

Merc's are reliable and offer best horsepower to weight ratio - hands down the most popular performance outboard motor in the world!
