I tried today added every thing according to my taste, using same technique, it comes out best. Simple recipe but perfect results. I used whole wheat flour instead of white flour and corn flour. Result was theeee best. Alhamdulilah. I already yried many recipes for KFC broast, all complicated and also not good. JazakAllah brother for such an easy, simple but great recipe. Now Also I tried this recipe without coating, simply marinated for 24 hours and then fried or you can roast in oven.....theeeee best.... Be careful while adding salt, otherwise chicken will be toooo saltish to eat...
