As a Filipino, I'd say Bibingka is more of a Christmas food that should be tried. Embutido has always been served on every and/or any type of occasions here, like birthday, etc.

i'm swedish, and kids i don't blame you for not liking the fish, i never eat that stuff. but honestly the biggest thing i think that's served on swedish christmas is ham and a lot of different small things that you can pick and choose from. the fish is just one of those things.

I'm mexican, I see conchas, I like. BTW conchas are part of what's called "sweet bread" (pan de dulce) which you can eat and find every day (mostly eaten as part/instead of breakfast/dinner)there's an enormous variety of pan de dulce, thousands of different types. Meanwhile atole is a drink commonly associated with tamales, it also has hundreds of flavors, including chocolate, nuts, and guava. A good tamal and an atole is all you need to eat to have energy for a complete day.

I did not know that Embutido is a Christmas food. Never tried that. Most common during Christmas season in PH is the Ham with honey sauce.

Dominique Noël it’s mainly a French tradition ( as well as European) but other countries have started to buy them for their Christmas dinners. Like the Untied states. They like them because they’re good and have no real culture of their own.

Wait what? The buche de Noël is not an international thing? :O I'm French and I've never ever thought it was something specific to our country. Edit: So I've looked it up and it's international alright, but still rather in countries that are French-speaking or have a history with French culture.

Poseidonjd it’s origins are French but I think it’s popular in much of Europe. I’m British and very familiar with its Other name Yule log

Panettone derives from "Pan de Toni" which literally means "Il pane di Toni" which translates to "Toni's Bread". It's made with raisin and candied fruit and it's one of the most renowned christmas food here in Italy together with Lasagna, Tortellini and Pandoro.

We eat it in Argentina too! But we call it "pan dulce". We also sometimes make it with chocolate chips, or nuts instead of the candied fruit.

Mad1 One basically ball cheese and ham. I think thats what it is... In spanish queso de bola is ball cheese and if u spell it correctly queso sounds like keso... Jamón is ham in spanish.. pretteh similar :v Puto in spanish means bitch lmao

Son más tradicionales los romeros el bacalao las tortas de papa y los tamales pero esos al igual que las conchitas y el atole nos lo tomamos en todo momento más cuando tienes frío. Además que onda con la niña el maíz sirve para todo
