I watched her drama Taxi Driver before stumbling upon this video. What Esom said about it taking a while to get out of character, especially if the memories she made were good...I feel like that is weirdly relatable. In each phase of my life (high school, university, workplace etc) I find myself in different environments, with new people, new friends, new goals and daily routines...when I transition from one phase to another it's always emotionally taxing. It's like I'm saying goodbye to one life - goodbye to colleagues who I won't see daily, goodbye to the coffee shop I went to each morning, goodbye to the route I used to take to work. Even as I'm in the next phase of my life I still reminisce about the past and find certain memories tugging at my heart. Anyways I've rambled on for a while. Esom's comment just touched me in a way.
