twist where ores give rpg like increases in stats/give effects (4 iron => armour toughness, 2 diamonds => armour increase, 1 emerald => regen, 4 coal => movement speed (0.03 % increase or something so its not op unless you know it happens) etc) each could give multiple types of effects if you mine enough like mining 10 gold is like an attack damage increase or something

One of y’all should find a good seed learn it like the back of your hand and then that’ll be the twist. Or you could do it where the twist drops some kind of armor (for example) full enchanted diamond looks like just plain old Iron armor with nothing on it Or you could use an X-ray pack for the whole vid so you can have a slight handicap in PVP 🤙 so they can see if you agree.

Axes are better in cases like this, especially since shields are a thing, and a good axe (stone) is cheaper than a good sword (I personally don't think a sword less than iron/diamond is really worth it)

Notice when dev wants to activate/deactivate the xray helmet he gets confused so he goes to options, so I guess dev uses a xray texture pack.
