This is ridiculous, no mother cat would choose a pile of rocks to lay down on when there is a fenced in (gated wall) with grass and trees for safety and protection right behind her. She would lay anywhere but there. What kind of person are you? It’s called Munchausen, when you endanger someone in order to pretend to save it for some kind of self satisfaction but in his case it’s greed. It’s still sick and they, not just him, should stop drugging these poor helpless cats!!! Just Stop!!!
