It's basically how we cook homemade pizza in Russia. My favorite childhood pizza had: ground beef, pickles, tomatoes, onion, homemade tomato sauce / lecho, mayonnaise, self picked mushrooms, and, of course, cheese (but not parmigiano, we didn't had it in 90s). Best fucking pizza, it didn't even had a circle form, sometimes it was just rectangular.
