War is mostly felt around front line. If you are 30 miles away, it may not even feel like anything is happening. Ukraine is huge country. Huge areas of land are unaffected. They may see rocket or drone fly over now and then, if at all.

Russia aims only at military or other infrastructure. E.g., there are people calmly living in Kharkov, a city less than 100 km from the border, if I remember well. They go out for walks in parks etc., knowing that Russian missiles would not be coming specifically to target civilians

What part of you country are you willing to give in for peace in Ukraine?

She should count her blessings that she's not a Palestinian in Gaza and the Russians aren't Israeli Zionists. Otherwise she would know what's an occupation and war! Sadly, the same can't be said for the civilians living in Ukrainian controlled Novorossiya (Donetsk Oblast, Lugansk Oblast, Zaporozhye Oblast, and Kherson Oblast). As well as Russian-speaking, historically Russian regions such as Kharkov, Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa, and Nikolaev. Even Kiev is a predominantly Russian-speaking city. They'll play the part while in public, but once they're home and amongst family and friends, 70% of Kievans speak Russian as their native tongue. Even the cokehead 🤡, Zelensky, is a native Russian speaker who never spoke Ukrainian prior to his role as the president. Instead of watching these brainwashed idiots, check out some good channels from residents from Donbass, Zaporozhye, Kherson, even Crimea. My favorite are the residents of Mariupol.

I would have thought that the West is Anti-Human. After all, it is supporting genocide in Gaza financially, with weapons, and diplomatically. That's 30,000 dead civilians. It also does the same for Neo-Nazis in the Ukraine and helped in the process of identifying, financing, and training the terrorist attack in Crocus Hall. They illegally bombed Belgrade for 78 days straight. Illegally invaded Iraq killing 1 million people, Illegally bombed Libya, and Syria completely destroyed the countries. They are imperialists and neo-colonialists to this day. I'm British and have never seen such a lack of humanity. The irony is that our Prime Minister Boris Johnson sabotaged a peace agreement at the final minute 500,000 fewer dead Ukrainians ago in 2022. Even worse the West was supporting the ethnic cleansing of the people of Donbas. Because of this oppression, they submitted a request for military intervention by Russia. The Intervention was adherent to the UN Charter of International Law, and the Geneva Convention for 'The people's right to self-determination.' Now I'm just speaking objectively, with incontestible evidence, to support these facts. Also speaking from the Humanitarian, moral, and ethical reasoning that is supposed to represent our values in the West. Sorry to say, you've been brainwashed mate.
