@@mariamarks1183 She's absolutely incredible, what one would call a "flawless singer". But not only is the technique there, the goose pimples that her tone gives the listener is also there. She's one of the best in the country for sure, with the greats like Vanessa Amorosi. However her own video uploads that I have seen don't do her justice, in fact they almost sabotage here voice, because the recordings are very low quality. I'd be willing to do 2 professional audio recordings of Theoni's voice for free, which is something I have never publicly offered before. I had a chance to work with Vanessa when she was 16 (long story, I was 24 at the time and had just opened my own home studio for the first time and was quite immature and lacked knowledge of the industry) and I always regretted that, so would love to be a part of Theoni's journey. I used to have a wonderful professional recording studio (Melbourne) that I opened about a decade after I first had a home studio, but fell very ill a few years back and sold it. Slowly as my health becomes manageable, I am getting back into it, and have kept most of my equipment (including a couple of great quality vocal microphones - nothing boutique but nice microphones like a Rode Classic, which would work perfectly with Theoni's voice, and UAD Apollo recording gear with all the pre amplifier models) and would be happy to record a 2 track demo for Theoni, in ultra high quality that she can share online. A mention is all I would need. I just want to see her get the success she deserves. I remember when I first watched Australian Idol in 2003, and Guy Sebastian auditioned, and I said "Oh, he's the winner". I said the same thing re Theoni and I was shocked by the elimination. However I don't really follow the voice and since learned that the judges have way too much power in the Australian version, all the way to the end. Anyway, the offer is there, if you ever want it. I am in Melbourne and the home studio should be finished in about another 3 weeks. I am just waiting for a custom desk and some sound reflection and absorption custom panels.

@@mariamarks1183 She needs to come to the US and audition. She has a once in a generation amazing voice. I think the other 3 judges were surprised that Theoni did not win the battle. To bad The Voice Australia does not have the steal option like The Voice USA

See I didn't get that. I think Rita chose this song for the male contestant as his voice is very similar to Shawn Mendes. Watching her reactions to him I think she favored him from the start which is a real shame because the female contestant has probably the best voice in the whole competition and it's sad she didn't make it because Rita has a crush.

@@kodybaker8974 i don’t think it’s fair on Lachie to say that Rita chose him cuz she ‘has a crush on him’, he’s absolutely fantastic and he deserves that spot. It always comes down to our personal preferences but we can appreciate our favorite contestants without saying things that can ‘hurt’ the other ones. They’re all winners cuz they’re so talented, i just wish they could continue to make music and to stay on the spotlight after The Voice too, because a winner or not, all these talented people seem to fade and we don’t hear from them afterwards!

@@nin2960 I never said the other contestant wasn't talented. He just isn't as talented as the female contestant. Did you watch her audition? My goodness just as good as Bella from last season. She had what it took to go all the way. I stand by what I said. Rita has a thing for the male contestant. It's a shame that was more important to her than vocal talent.

After her gaining the battle pass I really thought she had a chance of being in the grand finale. Such a shame, I hope she doesn't disappear like so many great artists do after being eliminated. I would totally listen to her music she's very talented.
