Her voice just sends me somewhere far away, it's so fragile and deep and diverse, it sounds different all the time. I've never had this kind of feeling from other female singer. The trainning of the voice doesn't matter that much, in fact I think the lack of it makes a person to sing from the heart not from the mind.

i think she's singing here better cause she has no need to be nervous. but in front of a "real" audience she becomes really nervous and has a quite diffrent performence. i mean it's not bad at all.. but you hear and see how she almost struggles with her feelings
