Barca wanna be now but they gotta run their own race. Your best players are under the age of 21, with your best being 16. If anything your success plan needs to be a 6-8 year plan. Fix finances and develop young talent. And when you get to the end of the plan who knows Barca could be the best in the world with Lamine being 24 and ready to enter his prime

Honestly xavi should go if they can do what he need for the club cos the president himself knew that anyone that wants to coach Barcelona must have his own kind of player,Xavi on the other hand need to work on himself by reading games and knows the player to bring in just like against psg he did wrong sub and it kills him badly.

It’s not about new players. They’ve enough players to perform better. It takes time for players to gel. I think it’s structural issues and coaching and most importantly mentality. They need to hire a better psychologist seems like. Xavi is OK but not elite level or mentality as a coach.
