It's really important to know how to prononce sounds in german, just finde some vidios about reading rools in german it will not take a lot of time but you will understand how to pronounce it. That is the first thing you need to do in German=)

You have to split those words in syllables. Ken nen zu ler nen. This is the way we learn our language in primary school :)

It's definitly not the most importent word. I can't remember when was the last time I introduced myself like that. Normally I just tell say: "Hallo, ich bin Kathrin." Definitly not the typical introduction sentence you'll learn in school but I think that's more suitable for everyday life.

With a little bit of practice every 2 or 3 days, you can actually improve your german level a lot! Watching german video creators can also really help you (good example for that is James Bray, just look him up if you want to lol). German UKpostsrs can also help. Really good ones are (just in my opinion ofc) Renzo, Alicia Joe, JustNero and so on. Start with english subtitles and when you feel safe enough you can continue with german ones. Look up the words you don't know and you'll notice that your understanding improves step by step. Listening to german music is also a great way of learning. Cro, TJ-Beast boy, Bausa, LEA, Mark Forster, Das Lumpenpack... Don't give up. I know it seems hard at first but that's how I taught myself english. Good luck, buddy🤙🫂
