He knows how to play it off to make it look accidental but to me it was definitely intentional and out of frustration. He may not have meant to hit him in the face but he knew what he was doing.

Here, Lebron says he and Isaiah were off-balanced and that he was trying to swing downward to get Isaiah off of him and Lebron even makes a gesture at 00:22 to demonstrate. But the gesture Lebron made here doesn’t match the strike he threw during the game. The strike Lebron threw had more of a straight path versus the downward path that Lebron depicted here. Lebron also states in this video that he realized he “grazed” Isaiah. Sounds like he’s downplaying what happened because that strike had oomph to it so it wasn’t a “graze.” This video cuts off before the reporter asked Lebron if he has spoken to Isaiah and Lebron replied “no.” I find that odd. I’m looking forward to hearing Isaiah’s side of the story.
