The rtx 3060 is really not that great at 1440p (the laptop version) I have a legion slim 7 gen 6 with a 3060 and it runs like a dream at 1080p but at 1440p its good but not that great

Every game with high settings in 100 fps, what a f joke. Even 4060 laptop with dlss and frame generation can't run heavy games like cyberpunk with high setting more than 70 to 80 avg.(in 1440p) I myself have a 4060 laptop by the way(my laptop is fully optimized)
