Sometimes, for one reason or another, we start a Ninjago remix and then decide to go a different direction. We’ve been saving these alternate versions, until now!
This one was feeling really cool when we were working on it in the basement, but didn’t totally fit the vibe of the season once we started playing it for the animation team, and so we collectively decided to put this one in our back pocket and pivot in a different direction to work on what came to be “The Wicked Whip” instead.
In hindsight, I can see that we never would have arrived at the version we did without first crafting the verse you hear in this song… the similarities are there, if you listen closely. So, it was a WIN/WIN - because now we get to enjoy both versions out there in the Digiverse!

Would you be ashamed if the latest episode of the show that you've seen would be the fourth episode of Skybound/season six while (without wanting to) having skipped the second half of Rebooted/season three and the second half of season four but still knowing atleast the basics of what happens from that point forward in the show (as well as the parts that you missed from the two earlier seasons which you skipped the second half of without wanting to do so)? Because that's what has happened to me when it comes to Ninjago.

@@gameman3981 you save up or ask ur parents for netflix, u can watch everything lego ninjago there. well u used to be able to watch everything ninjago but the pilot season and day of the departed. the pilot season is on yt and day of the departed isn’t too important either. all u need to know about it is that yang is the main villain of it and cole turns into a human again by the end of it. ( day of the departed takes place in between seasons 6 and 7)
