Completely different situation. Francis decided to not extend his contract with the UFC. Leon is talking about turning down a match offer. Fighters do it all the time. It's their right. It's also a little funny to me that Khamzat never got mentioned. I love Edwards, but I don't think he wants it with Colby or Khamzat. However, to be fair, at the spectacular level Edwards has improved, which to me is un-freaking-real, I think he can definitely beat Covington. Since Edwards improved his takedown defense so well. His preparation for Usman, will COMPLETELY apply to Covington, since Colby has the same cardio & "wet blanket style." My opinion, if not Covington, then definitely Belal. He earned it.
