If all players are always in triangular positions in accordance to each other, there’s a lower chance of the opponent stealing the ball due to 2 players always being open. The reason why neverlosing is so good at this is because the players work rate. You need players who are completely bought into this system so that the team works as one unit ultimately creating triangular positions for eachother. Xabi is a genius to make this work so well
