Feel like he gassed out after the first round. Shamar is a beast though. He has really good defense from what I seen in the earlier sparring vids

He was working with him, shamar boxes at 132-141. Cra is at 123

It’s just 6 mins of sparring. Every boxer needs sparring partners. The more you spar the sharper you are.

I’d see it this way my man: not only south paw allows you strategically to be in a better situation. But if you learning it and you get confortable in both feet you will have more affinity with more advanced boxing techniques/styles that can only be acquired if you’re comfortable with stances. later down the line (let’s say around one year and a half of solid training) Some examples would be stance switching (used by lomachenko) where you can switch stances mid combinations or depending on your opponent style OR situationally you could also fight as a right handed south paw (use stronger jabs)

There are alot of guys that feel more comfortable in the opposite stance when they first start. Get your fundamentals under you in the south paw stance. Then if you still feel like you want to use the orthodox stance then work on using both in your training like the other person already said. But from my experience once fighters get the fundamentals down they tend to feel more comfortable with their dominant hand at the rear. Either way keep working on it and you'll grow into your own style.
