Who else thinks the star of the Snow Waltz tour was 🎻 Pickles? 😉 She's earned the new Mannheim Steamroller tradition (I meant Lindsey Stirling, not Pickles). Saw this amazing show in Topeka on Friday with my wife; we were blown away. Yes, it was magical, and the entire crew from the truck drivers to spotlight gurus put together an amazing experience. I would have settled for a violin recital and didn't know we'd be given humor, magic, acrobatics, dancing, and a drummer that would likely have Phil Collins asking him for his autograph, as well as a gifted keyboard/guitar guru, and I didn't realize Ms. Stirling did her own singing! I regretted not bringing our kids to the show, as they've listened to us rave about the experience all weekend and wish we could have shared that experience with them The live drumming and sound engineering is something my ears want to hear again and again, and I was in awe of the choreography. If anyone reading this can make it to support her show, please do so; you won't regret the experience. And take your kids if you can, or your neighbors, or your neighborhood! Also appreciated learning about Upside Fund.

You are right, of course. However, Lindsey has been doing this for 18 years. If you did something for 18 years; you would be pretty good at it as well, especially if you loved what you did.

She is a wonderful person. What amzes me most about her is her ability to play the violin and dance the way she does at the same time and never miss a beat on either part of her performance. She was born to perform.

Your dog is very well trained. If my dog were to sit in an audience seat during a rehearsal in which I jumped around and danced, she would have been on the stage in a flash to join in on the fun. 😄

I recall clips of this tune being used for a Christmas Rap back in the 1980s . Because this is the quintessential Xmas sound, especially when adding tiny bells like those on a horse drawn sleigh, possibly upgraded to flying reindeers .

Can we all admire and respect Lindsey's effort in making this video? Gotta respect her sacrilegious attitude toward her violin. True bravery is needed to disrespect violins

You don't get it. She isn't disrespecting the violin. She made it contemporary and fun. She made the violin fit Lindsey. And with it, she now soars higher than any orchestra or symphony. Lindsey got burned out playing the same, old, stale songs that man has played since time began - the exact same way - always and forever. Lindsey wanted to Create The New...NOT regurgitate The Old. And now with her talent, she can buy almost anything and she will never have to work another day (9 to 5) in her life. And her shows are ALWAYS Sold Out. Lindsey still appreciates and likes the Classics but now she has actual fun. I like saying, "Almost anyone can stand around and play Bach. But how many can play AND dance to Michael Jackson?" Fellow violinist in high school here!!! 🙋🏻♀️ I LOVE playing the violin in my orchestra. It gives me passion, joy, love, and much more. I was just going to buy tickets for the Reading show and my daughter told us she’s getting inducted to her college honor society that night. Reading is a 4 hour drive. Puppy! You know.. it sure is amazing how "right" Simon Cowell was- absolutely "No place for a dancing/performing/violin player in the entertainment industry!". A very glossy and professional performance, Lindsey. It would definitely please a very large audience. I'm really beginning to appreciate the solo violin a great deal more, when it's in expert hands like yours. Previously, I always thought violins sounded best in an orchestra, but skilled violinists like you make me recognise the passion that can be portrayed in a solo performance. You make it all look so incredibly easy, when we are all fully aware that it most certainly isn't.

I got to see you Friday night and it was spectacular!!! I loved every second of it, you're entire team is so talented. Thank you to the dancers, the band, stage crew, all the designers and artists along the way, sound/lights it was awesome!!! If I missed anyone you were also incredible too!! ❤❤❤ Also, your story made me cry as I lost 2 very important people to me 2 years ago. I know they're still around me and am reminded of them often. The Fact that this woman can play violin, sing (sometimes), dance (IN HEELS!!!), and somehow keep her face so elegant and AGT rejected her is STILL astounding 13 years later... I hope the guy that said he couldn't see her playing violin and flying over the crowd regrets that decision every day.

hi Lindsey. You play beautifully. I happen to be a musician myself, and that's a good thing. I've been a flutist for 22 years. I've been playing the recorder for eight years, and I've been doing music for as long as I can remember. I have a friend that plays the violin, and she and I are going to do something together for church for Christmas. by the way, if you want to look me up on UKposts, I am flute player 86. by the way, I love when you do the Lord of the rings. That is a beautiful rendition.

I remember going to see her first tour in New York City 11 years ago and it was incredible. I was just a teen at the time so its hard to recall all of it but going to her Snow Waltz tour in Grand Rapids yesterday really brought back an immense amount of nostalgia of then. I loved every minute of it, I've been listening to her music for so many years now that seeing it in person again after such a long time and seeing how much she's improved was amazing.

I fell in love with her when I saw her in the movie A Holiday Fable, she’s so INCREDIBLY talented, graceful, beautiful, and so passionate about her work! You can just see it when she plays her violin and dances, I’ve NEVER seen anything like it before!!! ❤❤❤
