Personally, I don’t think it’s the best argument for Chad, that he talked about Tammy’s dead for so long. Just shows he was sick of her for much longer and found in Lori and her brother the perfect storm.

Oh my goodness Pryor is so slimy. Stopping the tape of Tammy's call to 911 before it ends and implying not all the evidence was available 🙄 I couldn't help but laugh when the officer pointed out to Pryor (& the court) that Pryor stopped the tape himself so no one could hear all the evidence. Well done officer 👮♂️

Every time the defense attorney says "okay," take a sip of whatever it is you're drinking. OH-KAY. Sweet Jesus he sounds so condescending. Also if Chad knew for years that Tammy wasn't going to live long, why was he so upset when she died? Just throwing out there casually to all these people "oh my wife's gonna die" and then when first responders show up he's crying a river.

I think Mr. Pryor, tries to act like Colombo, in acting stupid and talk in circles to try and catch out the witnesses and investigators. He also watched way too much law and order and Liar Liar. That is how it comes across in my opinion. But he is doing a good job, in trying to put the seed of doubt into the Jury.

Often, when evidence is presented that’s particularly damning or embarrassing Chad gets really busy with his laptop, writing pad, tidies his desk or speaks with JP - I find that really interesting.

It is soooo frustrating to me state or cop didn’t make a point to ask, or say, “do you usually rely on the description of what type of gun was from a witness and just go with that as definitive fact and assume it could be nothing else?!” No. It would be irresponsible to just assume it was a paintball gun based on her knowledge of guns and end up there. What if someone was walking around with a real gun and she assumed it was a paintball gun? The cops wouldn’t say “no that 40 year old lady said it was a Paintball gun so we trusted her..” Edit: OK, so they kind of mentioned it in redirect. But hammer that point home for goodness sakes.

Omg Pryor is too much.i even remember that he testified yesterday that they did the podcast on SUNDAY evening. Not Saturday. Hes really trying hard to get him to say something that discredits Melanie G. Hes acting dumb and keeps saying the wrong day in hopes that the witness says otherwise. Really anoying the hell out of me. Also he said he met him chad around 11a.m. at the park which would of been AFTER curch. Pryor trying to stump him and saying " how could u see chad that a.m. if chad was at church". Well chad wasnt at church all freaking morning.

I'm hoping that if random Internet people are noticing him constantly twisting and mischaracterising the evidence and testimony that the jury, who have their full attention on it and are taking notes, will spot it. I don't think it will help Chad's defense, maybe only lengthen the deliberations.

I agree with the general consensus that Prior's sarcasim and condescending tone cannot be reading well with the jury. I applaud his effort to defend his client to every. Single. Statement. And. Word...but his attitude is ruining the small victories he has.

Brandon Boudreaux is very stable - he saves the day in my mind for LDS principles. Nice guy. It darkens Mels trail I'd like to hear her questioned on the stand. Blocking Charles on his phone by her - very sad David Warwick did nothing for LDS possibly why targeted by the other Mel and Lori

It concerns me that Pryor hardly ever calls the judge, "your honor". It's always "judge". I think that's a bit disrespectful. I find him very annoying and condescending. The perfect person to be a defense attorney.

Nice try to the defense trying to twist the witness testimony. He is REALLY reaching with his questioning and it’s not really not doing anything for his defense. I would be surprised if anything the defense presented actually sways the jury. Everything I’ve heard from this trial so far points more and more to guilty on all counts for Chad. Pryor seems inexperienced (even though he’s not) agressive and argumentative.

Tell me, Tammy fell out of bed And she was dead Why would they put her back in bed? specially, if she was cold to the touch and they said she had to at least be dead for 2 to 3 hours prior to them calling the non emergency number. Because Garth on the phone call is the one that found her That’s her son who found her on the floor cold to the touch. Then you hear Chad get on the phone And he’s crying and he says she’s clearly dead. She’s cold to the touch. Why would you move a body back into the bed. Not only that how did a dead body cold to the touch move out of the bed It takes a while for a body to get cold, especially after death.

My only complaint was the lighting in the room. Did anyone notice that when the picture of Tammy were being shown to the officer for explanation, the lights were lowered down over Chad's table so his reactions could not be noticed well. While other sections of the court room had brighter light?
