It's really stupid that we aren't allowed to see OUR GOVERNMENTAL OFFICIALS doing their job, which affects us directly! I can't tell who is speaking sometimes, and that matters when evaluating their questions and comments in context. It's an outrage that we don't have access to CCTV footage of our SCOTUS.

The Supreme Court decision should be 9-0 in favor of no immunity if the Justices adhere to the constitution. If Nixon was immune, he wouldn't have needed to be pardoned. Clause 7 states, "Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law." Any judge who dissents, needs to be impeached and removed for failing to uphold their oath of office.
