Also , i had the same problem with logitech new keyboard and mouse and i had to through the mouse and keyboard after customer care told they can't do anything To add i think there is a security code also with logitech mouse and keyboard combo, so having same frequency won't work

for all non hindi speaking views if you lost your dongle your are better of buying a new one. you can call the customer care of the company you bought it from or purchase an after market one, but pairing it maybe an issue since the new receiver you will be running on a different frequency than the one transmitted by your keyboard or mouse. Thus, to avoid this you are better off buying a new set. thats basically what he has discussed in the video. :)

Thanks for the information! Just from seeing other videos too, it is possible to have non-unifying usb receiver work with most new logitech wireless mouse through Logitech Connection Utility. My question is, do you know from experience whether it can only work if it is a Logitech non-unifying usb receiver or could it work with a different brand as well? Considering which receiver to buy

Great video! So I have an older HP 2000 laptop and I just bought a wireless Apple magic 2 keyboard and I bought a Bluetooth USB adapter and I cannot connect via Bluetooth my wireless keyboard to my HP LAPTOP?? And the usb BT ADAPTER DONGLE is plug and play. I believe I have an older model laptop that does not have the blue tooth drivers installed! Also my LAN AND Ethernet is disconnected and I am only connected to the internet via WIFI connection (DNS) server and this might be a problem as well? How can I solve this issue and use my magic keyboard wirelessly m. I don’t care if it is BT connected or just wirelessly connected m, I just want to use my Apple magic keyboard wirelessly? I have windows 10 and the manufacturer of the usb dongle I just bought said that windows 10 will automatically download everything and all the drivers I need! It is not working still. I’m so confused. Maybe I can just download it by typing it into google and downloading the driver from the internet somehow

My problem arise this morning, i bought a wireless mouse for my pc and already had a wireless mouse for my laptop but since i bought the mouse for pc the mouse of my laptop isn't working and now when i have switch off the pc, the new mouse is working with the old receiver and the old mouse is not working and the new receiver is not taking response from any mouse. Logitech will sell you a dongle, but that's because they only use unifying dongles. Somehow they're preconfigured to work with any Logitech device, and will support simultaneous use of up to five devices. I'm interested in learning how to manually program their dongle, as I'd like to use it with devices that aren't produced by Logitech.

Throw it away. I lost my laptop from my house. Moose nano receiver was attached to laptop. Thief took laptop with receiver but without mouse. I threw away the mouse. It feels bad but what to do with useless mouse.

I was looking for tips on how to deal with lost dongles for a keyboard or a mouse, and was really hoping that this video would be in English since the title is in English. It would be very much appreciated if someone could please translate for me into English the tips that are provided in this video. Many thanks to anyone who can help.

I can translate, All he is saying is to buy a new entire set, you can't buy a receiver separately, because there will be a signal conflict with the new receiver, there is no tip,trick or anything to do so, He said you can buy a programmable usb receiver (Logitech unifying receiver ) which can work with any of the devices, also you can call the customer care of Logitech and tell your problem,the model number etc etc so they can send you a replacement part( I don't know if that happens or not ) in the last minute he's saying to buy a new set of keyboard combo on link in his description, also the company don't sell the parts separately so it's a mess anyways ...hope it was helpful ...

If you bought a Chevrolet and the remote stopped working, General Motors would give or sell you a new one. They wouldn't tell you to send it to the junkyard and buy a Cadillac, but Microsoft tells its customers to junk the wifi keyboard and mouse and buy a more expensive Bluetooth set. That's why I bought a replacement from Logitech, whose transceiver can be replaced. If anyone knows how to repurpose the MS set, I would like to hear it, because I know some people I can give it to, who will greatly appreciate it.

@@Rogermoore20082008 What I ended up with is a Logitech keyboard/mouse set for my desktop and a Logitech mouse alone for my laptop. Somewhere along the wayI found myself with another Logitech mouse but no transceiver for it, so I got anothe unifying receiver. Because my phone does USB OTG, I've reserved this third one to use with it. I found that with a multiport OTB cable it could take the wireless keyboard and mouse, with the Logitech receiver, and a flash drive at the same time, although I usually use the third port for a power-only cable
