- Erythritol - 50 gr.
- Citrus of 1 orange
- Soy flour - 40 gr.
- Coconut flour - 40 gr.
- Leavening agent - 6 gr.
- Ginger, cinnamon, vanilla to taste
- Soda 6g + vinegar 1 tbsp
Cream:
- Soft cottage cheese - 150 gr.
- Sweetener, vanilla to taste
- Gum xanthan gum (on the tip of a spoon)
Form - 16 sm.
Weight ~ 760 gr.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 50-55 minutes.
