I feel the plague staff is more reliable for me atleast. Some times i don't hit al the projectiles on the falling sky and the bos does not get frozen what leads to me dying. However i think the falling sky staf can result in faster kills.

Yes also, the downside is that you can#t roll 7% focus on hit on falling sky, only the gem so your focus use is way higher. I am switching to plague staff.

I use them separately for the runes on them

They don’t stack. The one you hold in your hand gives the stats.

If you upgrade the enchantress to level 3 she will sell you the stave i use in the video and a bleuprint of the frost staf.

How do you mean less effective? Slower kill than the below 40 sec? Or are you talking about the 97int ice hail build?

@@PhantomBuild yeah the 97 int one! Looked like you were putting out way more damage with that setup so I was curious if the 30+ int difference is that substantial or if other changes they made in the hot fix also affected your damage output. Also, am loving your mage content! Don’t see many others doing spell focused builds. Really good stuff!

No sadly focus gain increase is only on melee hits.

I got them for crucible but since they require you to be level 11 it might be easyer to get them from the namles pass then the crucible.

@@PhantomBuild thanks, I have about 10 thistle rings at this point and countless other rings, but no band of calmness still. Some day....

No the staff & it's enchantment + the rings is the reason why it works.

What staff are you talking about? I tried it a few hour ago and it still seemd to work..

Sone times the runes don't show up in the meneu tho but when you use the staff the runes still work
