I was there in the 80's and early 90's (Before the takeover) and people of Hong Kong enjoyed a fairly free and decent lifestyle...Obviously, just like any other huge city, you have districts that are bad and house the less fortunate and there was a struggle, just like it is anywhere else. I never lived there, so I can't say for sure, but most of the people I talked to there seemed to be doing ok. Since the takeover I read that things have plummeted quite a bit and they are no longer free like they were. Which sucks.

Cos I know that she would reuse those items again and actually not even burn the incense for me. I know that is what she would do ? Cos I could see that she scribbled the top notes only which means that it would leave the other stack left over.) Something like this.. a simple thing.. becomes an actual corruption now.
