Once again, the Linux community being it's own worst enemy; a great tool to let normal PC users create their own OS to meet their needs, as L. Torvalds intended, without having to learn coding to do it, removing the single biggest barrier to entry and helping make Linux a mainstream OS. Asswipes killed the tool and replaced it with a service only trained IT professionals have the education and expertise to use. So much for Linus's ideas.

If you don’t want to use a base distro, then create a minimal LFS system, and then edit it with a universal editing tool.

i always wondered why there isn't anything for arch like there is for ubuntu. imagine how much more flexible it would be for a tool to be based of of arch instead as its already pretty small

you can download manjaro for their website, why would you need to create your own iso.... i think what you are looking for is to backup your confs for future use? make bash install scripts w/ conf files obviously.... and your own git repo

mocking my accent is allowed of course. All subsequent videos use the "correct" pronunciation because apparently that's really important. :D

I do still slip up occasionally, but I try to do it properly. I even cut the word out and re-read it if I get it wrong. It's a lot of work but everyone gets so darned cross when I say it wrong. Baffling I know but there it is. :D

SUSE = Sue Say, at least every IT professional I've worked with pronounces SUSE that way! Aside from that, helpful video. Nice spread of tools for crafting your own Lynix distro. (lol)
