You are correct build is good but the method to stabilize cause alot of safety issues I am assuming that he didn't go for 3 wheel because of licensing issue. In many country you can't just get 2 wheel licence and convert it to 3 or 4 wheel on 2 wheel licence that would be illegal, so i think that why he had no option to go for 3 wheels but that stabilization is issue for him and he didn't have my advance option to work with so he go for whatever he can under rules on vehicles act

Only convenient for comfort purposes as you wont get wet on rainy days. In some countries you might be allowed to not use the helmet, as seatbelts on these kinds of bikes is enough. But I still wouldnt recommend putting my life on something welded together without homologation or safety checks
