Top interview and really breathes some life into the club when people are so caught up in the here and now. Watching this in the grand scheme of things, I'm as reassured as I've been for awhile about our future. We have so much potential and we've seen clubs with no more potential than us make the most of theirs surpass us for so long now, like Leicester, Wolves, Southampton, even Brighton. Mark and Mike get it, we couldn't ask for nicer, more dedicated, and more on it people from distant shores, and they're raring to go. Doesn't that just get you going?

Well done guys, well done Mark and Mike, I think your approach is absolutely right. The question I would have liked to see asked is where you stand on the USA sports model vs the model that currently exists in Europe. Frankly, as a life long football fan the thought of clubs being franchises that at times have simply left their home base and moved to another city at the whim of an owner, or a league system where there is no promotion or relegation and a draft that spreads the new talent out evenly to ensure no franchise is totally uncompetitive sounds like a circus designed for TV that has the sole intent of putting on a show while protecting the owners financially. It sucks to support a 1st or 2nd league club from a small town in the UK, but fan bases are strong through loyalty to their home town backed up by the fact there is always the chance that they can beat a premier league club on one of the two cup competitions, or even make it to the premier league themselves. That doesn’t exist in the USA where no minor league team from a small city ever gets to play a major league team competitively and there is no chance they can ever get to play in the major leagues because there is no promotion or relegation. As a Norwich fan, I would see us very much as a minor league club under such a system. We saw all the European fans totally reject the proposed breakaway by the top Euro teams, in the main orchestrated by American owners, to form an American style system earlier this year, but as more American owners come into the game, I’m sure this will crop up again and again in the future. Where do you stand on this matter Mark and Mike please??

He has a very good business head on him & talks a lot of sense I can see him really helping this club. I really like this guy & those that get on Dean smiths back I get it but as he says they don't like to come out & show there full feelings. To me this is going to be a big plus indeed .
