She herself is not, it was written for her by a team of comedians who are hired to write jokes for non-comedian guests at the roasts. Thanks for pointing that out, I didn't notice it was their Asia channel when I made this comment. It looks like they do this for all their videos. Puns or 'play on language' isn't something the CC auto-translate does well, so this makes a lot of sense.
