Kieran E Yes and No. Yes Harry definitely shouldn’t have been using random notes he found in an old book that could’ve been dangerous. No because Harry could claim he was just testing out what the notes say. He never claimed that the notes in the Half-Blood Princes book were his. If anything EVERYONE was sort of cheating for years because Snape (who is the Half-Blood Prince) was giving them the same directions. Harry just had better access because Snape wasn’t being a dick by breathing down his neck.

He's joking around (physical behavior is sarcasm, vocal behavior is serious which isn't good for a radio interview compared to ones on video). He has a history of visiting kids hospitals as Spider-Man and setting up charities to donate to (plus the fact he voices movies for kids shows something). I think he does like kids, but his charismatic delivery wasn't good since he's on radio for kids questions.
