What in the world does what he look like have anything to do with his presidential capacity? The Studebaker Plant was a MILLION sq. ft. auto manufacturer that closed in 1963. That thing stood EMPTY my whole life as a big ugly broken-windowed reminder of lost jobs in South Bend. Pete was the first guy in 50 years to tackle it, and by working with Mike Pence and convincing him to direct efforts to help, it is now a beautiful tech facility with room to grow. There's more, but only so much space and all you required is one thing he did for the community... And it's a doozy.
