Quick note from Hyper Beam +: you receive 50% damage reduction while using the move once it's upgraded. Keep this in mind when you secure

Omg, you won't believe, I just purchased dragonite today and watched your old video for hyperbeam. And I must say I'm impressed by this pokemon, in 2 games on lane I did 90k+ damage, and in 1 we lost but I did 80k 32% team damage. All in hyper beam.

Hey Cris, I was wondering if you could do a build that I've been using and cover it. I have had trouble with it because it feels like resonant guard might be glitched because it somehow heals less than without it. Lucario with attack weight, muscle band, and resonant guard Full brown and white emblems (the ones you used today) Close combat and power up punch

I always prefer Ddance + Beam on Dragonite. I don't know, ddance always yield me more successful chase than espeed and when you're pro at stacking ddance (you have to) Hyper beam is so fun when it hits.

Why is it that on practice mode I did full CDR emblems with mew, mewtwo and celebi emblems, CDR items and blue buff to achieve perma full stack dragon dance, but when I go into ranked it doesn't work?

Its interesting, it took me so long when I first played figuring out why some hyper beams were stronger than others. I dont recall it ever even mentioning it in the description either, great guide for a fun Pokemon!

na, this build is strong, but not everyone can play it, idk how many games ive played where ive rean into one of them and they dont even break 80k damage and have no threat in game,xpeed/outrage, is just as viable if you are a competent player.

The only legit nerfs were the unite move and the nerf to the damage buff from DD. Everything else (especially the auto attack range nerf) were so unnecessary especially considering prime Zacian was around for a lot of these nerfs. Obviously I’m a dnite fanboy but still!😭

I have every item upgraded to Lvl 20 except for Rocky helmet and Leftovers, what item should i invest on for Lvl 30? Or should i just save up for shedinja doll

Depends what you play but muscle band is one of the most useful items and is good (not necessarily optimal) on nearly every mon

100% shedinja doll (out of those options). Even though the number of tickets that you need is kinda of insane, with gems even more so. But yes, if there's nothing else on the emporium u can see urself spending tickets on, shedinja is definitely a better investment than rocky helmet or leftovers, both of which are crappy items.

slick spoon and resonant guard are very good choices as they both are very good for special attackers and defenders respectively.

Yes it boosts your attack stat so all of Dragonite’s damage gets increased

Depends on ur playstyle tbh, talon can fast clear, help ur team snowball early and make space for ur team to score with its mobility. Just a preference, either u like assassin or frontline

Dragonite needs full heal because it has zero counter to being stunned 24/7

But don’t use this emblem set. It’s terrible with all the negative stats it got. Use Mathcord Assassin set with higher attack and almost no negative stats. Their All arounder set is fine too.

@@SomeWouldSayImNotExactlyEthan Never check my UKposts replies but this hasn’t changed today. Its still a terrible emblemset and no it’s not a crazy higher crit chance. Ever heard of math? We can calculate and compare and we have done so over and over again and this build is not better than the Attack build mentioned. Ontop of that, IF for some reason you are so brainrot like Cris and keep using this BS then there is a Crit build with 4.2% crit and only -5 defensive effects with 6 white 6 brown. Again, if you are stupid you can still go for a less stupid version than this one.
