Two stances that are both boring with nothing to differentiate the playstyle from other heroes. They should flow into each other with unique attacks at least.

Technically the Medjay were Nubians. But later, Egyptians did join the ranks. This character appears to pay homage to the original Nubian Medjay.

Fr, but I still wonder which Medjay this is supposed to be. Because they were both a nomadic people and an elite police force in ancient Egypt. I guess since they are looking for a lost/stolen artifact, that's more in line with something the police would do, as their jobs usually included protecting valuable places, like palaces.

It's likely Medjay was a mix of Egyptian, Nubian, and 25th dynasty Pharaohs.
