It was meant to be a tourist place for wealthy visitors hence why the buildings have such a Disney castle look to them. Unfortunately the project was cancelled in 2018, due to the company going bankrupt, leaving 587 of the 732 buildings made yet unfinished. (If I left out anything or got anything wrong type it in the replies)
