1 thing regarding what happened at the Capital Building on January 6th, 2021, that I still haven't figured out why they are ignoring, is the 2nd reason defined in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. It actually is an update to the 1st Amendment as a result of the Civil War. "or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof." No Laws have to be broken, just SUPPORTING them in any way disqualifies them. It applies to any current or former member of our Government or our Military at any level. They swore an Oath to Serve and Protect the United States, its Constitution and violated it, how can they POSSIBLY be trusted to not do it again?

Presumably "aid and comfort" might not be interpreted as what he did. And we are Americans so we always want to be very careful about disqualifying people because that can have a terrible unintended consequence for someone in the future . Personally I think he is a traitor to this country, not an "insurrectionist". Unfortunately most of the people who are in his cult like him *because* of that, not in spite of it. And his followers have already been instructed by Trump -- watch his rallies -- to create a "bloodbath" if he loses and announced that if he loses there will never be another presidential election in this country. So he's calling for "insurrection" right now -- how can Americans stand having a presidential candidate carrying on like a rabid dog like this? Please keep commenting on social media -- it won't cause him to lose a follower but it maight cause someone to get out and vote. Peace.

How could it be clearer? The gag order _bars Trump for commenting or causing others to comment on potential witnesses in the case, jurors, court staff, lawyers in the DA's office, and relatives of any counsel or court staff. He may criticise the DA and the judge._

2 judges threatening jail often. Is that to harden us to such an event. They are determined that he won't have another term and anyone else would have already quit. It must be the judges job to get him to the jail so that he can hang himself.... the judges can say they warned him and pretend they tried to prevent jail by warning him a number of times. They really didnt want to...lol... They are covering their behinds. They all should have to prove every penny of their wealth. The judge that has sent millions in referrals to his daughter sho uld be investigated along with her.
