The closest thing I found was a piece that presented the sketch as a "life imitating art" commentary, but it didn't assert that "Hannah" was played by Aria Lisslo.

But rich sugar daddies like to go for younger women - therefore they will meet and hook up in 7 years, when she'll be 19 years old. Legal, but it's still creepy as he'll be in his forties. This joke is just to show that men's second wives are often really young - that only 7 years separates a kid from a ''second wife''.
