WOW! What a wonderful reception! Look at all the sweet faces of the children who were brought out to greet them. That must have been the whole elementary school there. Beautiful! Some of those sweet babies won’t have a voice tomorrow...they were yelling to the top of their lungs to get Harry and Meghan’s attention. Lol. Adorable. @@mrjamila88 Birkenhead is on the opposite bank of the river Mersey, near Liverpool. If you visit Liverpool you can always take the "ferry" across the river to visit the town. It's a lovely trip in the summer. Just head up the road from the Woodside ferry terminus towards Hamilton square and you can see the statue of William Owen. Liverpool is a vibrant city, beautiful architecture. Birkenhead is a provincial town with nice beaches in New Brighton and West Kirby. If you like history and art. There's a hidden gem on Wirral. It's called the lady Lever art gallery, well worth a visit. You won't be disappointed. Good Luck.

It makes my heart feel warm to see days like this when the tabloids, Markle clan, and haters are forced to re-calibrate their vicious attacks on Meghan and Harry. Now, everyone, with eyes and some blind people, can see this duo is happy and shares a passion for the people. None of the claims by the tabloids of stress, depression, disarray is displayed, only happiness and the crowds returning the excitement. So, now after this very positive display by the power couple, the tabloid will devise a story about Meghan returning to the palace where she then slaps Kate (LOL). Then, the haters and Markle clan will begin the howling again: see we knew she was a fake. I can imagine this happening since there seems to be no lower level they are not willing to stoop to.

HRH Duchess Meghan paid a beautiful compliment to Princess Diana with her gorgeous colour scheme today if any remember what Diana wore in India in the late 90's. Diana was so sad just sitting there and today Duchess Meghan turned it all round when she almost mirrored her as to say we remember you and you are never forgotten. I was so proud to see those beautiful clothes in that particular colour scheme. A gorgeous couple! I also loved that they sang to the little birthday girl!! So sweet! On the flowers given to The Duchess, a note said 'Love Works' if any also spied that? Lovely!!! Love this ❤️ beautiful couples spirit!!!

Thank u 5 News. I love seeing HRH Meghan & HRH Prince Harry out & about on royal duties. They have a similar passion & that's to make a difference, by helping people. In any way possible. That's what we should all strive to do, I think. And I will always love them for this & many other reasons. I can't wait for the birth of their baby. Literally on my toes waiting!! It was lovely to see first Frank Field then Harry and Megan put there hands onto the statue of Wilfred Owen. In a consoling and reflectful manner. The statue is a very powerful piece, it perfectly reflects Owen's poetry of the futility and sacrifice of war.

The Duke and Duchess were extremely generous with their time, greeting a large amount of the crowd that had a lot of children who had waited patiently in the cold to meet them. The Duchess should be commended for her endurance. It not easy to stand for such a long time in heels, out in the cold when you’re that far along in your pregnancy. Please take care of yourself Meghan, you wouldn’t want to get an upper respiratory infection at this late stage of pregnancy. I’m sure Harry is also encouraging you to limit yourself to prevent illness and exhaustion. Please listen to him.
