I've seen it once, and the way I know it was real, I was walking with a friend of mine who doesn't even think this stuff is real, but we BOTH saw it. We were dead silent and then she asked me about 100 feet after we passed the person if I saw what their eyes did. We both freaked because I was about to ask her the same thing. They exist. Edit to add story in more detail my friend and I were walking one way on a sidewalk, and this lady was walking towards us. She just felt dark (i really don't know how to explain that part better) but in broad daylight, she seemed a bit shadowed. Well we all made eye contact and when I saw her eyes, they looked entirely nomral in shape and then literally did what we see in the reptillian videos and her eyed turned dark and slanted into thin pointed ovals (the the pupils and colors, the whites of her eyes stayed the same), and then it switched back in a moments notice just before she passed by us. I thought I was crazy and didn't want to say anything to my friend, but she was the one who asked first if i had seen what she had seen, and it confirmed what I saw happen to that strangers eyes was real. Gosh it was freaky. I will very literally never forget that moment.
