❤ this. I think many don't understand or know how to feel about 'aggressive' music. It's not meant to act out. It's mostly cathartic. It's the same as a kind of meditation, or by experiencing some chaotic loud heavy sounds, helps relieve stress. Not to mention the amazing metal community in general, we all stand together and hold eachother up, none divided. There's a unity but it's not exclusive, we welcome all and take care of eachother.
