Congratulations to Miami and San Diego State on beating the last two 1 seeded teams in the tournament. First time in NCAA history that there will not be a single 1 seeded team in the Elite Eight. I never thought I would see the day that no #1-seeded teams are remaining in the tournament. This is why I absolutely love March Madness!!! Best of luck to the Elite Eight teams.

Miami was under seeded and anyone who watched them this season knew that Duke and UNC were down so everyone just dismissed what Miami did in the ACC and as a result Miami wound up with a 5 seed Miami was also winning against Duke in the ACC tourney till Omier went down and he is the heart and soul of this Miami team

Sometimes a team will just get hot from 3... Nothing you can do about it. Congrats to Miami. This is a Program that has been clawing and shaping and fighting for about 12-15 years now, getting better and better... And now, they are a Game away from the Final Four. Miami has now Won all of their games in the Tornament by playing a different style almost every game! They can adapt to almost anything, are incredibly athletic, highly intelligent, and they can also force you to play THEIR game. They can bend teams to their will. And it is all working.

I'm always rooting for the underdogs of any sports. This is the fifth time ⏲️ 🙄 😪 😒 🤧 🤣 where there's no #1 seeds left. 1979, 1980, 2006, 2011and 2023. UConn is the only team left that won four NCAA Championship.

Miami looked great. I think there are several over achiever teams moving on. That’s what’s great about this tournament is a lot of heavy favorites go down. That’s why I don’t bet on these games you never know when a team will get hot and real off some wins.

Well, they did go the Elite 8 last year where they lost to the eventual champion. Keeping guys around for awhile to play together matters a lot.
